Purpose of the service

Instant Temp Mail provides temporary email addresses for short-term, lawful activities such as testing, receiving one-time verification messages, reducing newsletter spam, and protecting a personal inbox.

The service is not a permanent email provider and should not be used where reliable long-term access is required.

Who may use Instant Temp Mail

You may use the service only if you are legally able to agree to these terms and your use is permitted in your location.

You are responsible for complying with the rules of any website or platform where you use a temporary address.

Acceptable use

Use Instant Temp Mail responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to send or support fraud, harassment, threats, impersonation, phishing, malware, spam, account theft, unlawful access, copyright infringement, or attempts to bypass another service’s restrictions.

You must not attack, scrape excessively, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, servers, APIs, mail infrastructure, or other users’ data.

Mailbox privacy and access

Temporary mailboxes may not be private in the same way as a password-protected permanent account. Anyone who knows or guesses a mailbox address may be able to view messages delivered to it.

Do not receive passwords, financial information, identity documents, medical information, confidential business records, or other sensitive data through a temporary mailbox.

Message retention and deletion

Mailboxes and messages may expire or be deleted automatically without notice. We may also remove messages, attachments, domains, or mailboxes for security, maintenance, legal, storage, or abuse-prevention reasons.

You are responsible for saving any permitted information you need before the mailbox expires.

Third-party websites

Instant Temp Mail may be used with third-party websites, but we do not control those services. Their availability, rules, privacy practices, verification systems, and decisions are their responsibility.

A third-party website may reject temporary email domains or suspend an account created with one. We are not responsible for that decision.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available, but temporary interruptions, delayed mail, blocked domains, maintenance, provider outages, and delivery failures may occur.

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service when necessary.

Intellectual property

The Instant Temp Mail name, website design, software, text, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, misrepresent, or commercially exploit the service without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, message delivery, suitability for a particular purpose, or permanent availability of any address or domain.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Instant Temp Mail and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the service, message loss, third-party actions, or service interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Enforcement and termination

We may restrict or block access when we reasonably believe the service is being abused, attacked, used unlawfully, or used in violation of these terms.

Serious abuse may be reported to hosting providers, registrars, security partners, affected services, or lawful authorities where appropriate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
